UHF solid state induction heating equipment input AC 3-phase 380V/220V/50Hz,output 6.78MHz, 13.56MHz or 27.12MHz HF oscillating current. Through automatic output matching network, high power HF electric field will be applied to the workpiece for quenching, such as steel wire, saw blade, blade and other metals. It can also use of HF electric field to heat medium directly, such as medium heating, grain, timber drying, etc.

With strong penetration of electromagnetic field, UHF heating can apply electric field evenly to the whole parts of the object, so that the objects are evenly heated. Another advantage is the selective heating object, with different objects of dielectric loss, according to certain rules select frequency and arrange objects, a certain kind of material can be targeted in heating with electric field (such as wood bunching, the wood itself is not hot, but glue can be heated and cured).
